At Eclosion, we first and foremost look for passionate entrepreneurs who are willing and who want to contribute to a concrete, committed and helpful project. If you are curious, have a collective mindset, are passionate about social innovation, and indeed, if you want to make a change, do not hesitate: come help us awaken the youth.
Your entrepreneurial venture consists of :
- Take on the project chosen with the studio.
- Find the solution thanks to the contact you will have with people in the field (beneficiaries, stakeholders...) and with our experts and partners' network (designer service, business developer, impact specialists...)
- Test out the solution by creating one or two prototypes.
- Build a team and structure the company.
- Set up governance while respecting the entrepreneurship's social values (ESUS approval).
- Having responsibility for the startup's growth, viability, and impact.
- Lead the firm towards autonomy, as well as following phases of growth.
